We focus on removing energetic interferences in the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. A single trauma (whether injury, illness, or negative experience) can cause these interferences by blocking healing energy to the systems that control the body’s normal function. We know that everyone has had at least one trauma or negative experience in his or her life, don’t we? The technique of B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique) is used for unblocking these interferences so that healing energy can be restored.
